Return/Exchange Policy

Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not accepted.  Should you receive your item(s) and there is a problem please contact us at: CuteCrochetsbyAleah@gmail.com , include your name, order number, and description of the issue in your email.  We will reach out to your email in one to two business days.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shipping Policy

All ready to ship items will be shipped within three business days. 

Any custom made items or special orders will be shipped within the time frame as discussed by the customer and Cute Crochets.  Contact CuteCrochetsbyAleah@gmail.com with any questions.

All purchases are final.

All products are handmade in a home that also has pets in it, please thoughtfully consider this if allergies are a concern of the recipient.
