Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not accepted.  Should you receive item(s) and there is a problem please contact us at: CuteCrochetsbyAleah@gmail.com , include your name, order number, and description of the issue in your email.  We will reach out to your email in one to two business days.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
